Night life in Hiroshima City.  We found a little place to eat.

Action figures

We took a boat ride to Miyajima-Mr. Misen.  On the way over you could look out one side and see a bustling city and the other side looked like you stepped back into prehistoric times.  There were small islands that looked uninhabited.

It was raining, but that added to the beauty of the place.  The place had many little deer of which Jack thought was pretty cool, but poor Maggie climbed on Jason's shoulders to get away from them.  They were friendly.

Very famous Ohtorii Gate

Maggie kept her eyes on the little guys.

When the tide is out you can walk right up to it.  There were barnacles all around the bottom and people put coins in them.

Five-Storied Pagoda

The orange stands out well in the dark background.  It was really beautiful.

Lavena was so happy to be traveling and experiencing all this culture.

Everyone was much better at eating with chop sticks.  I tried, but had to resort to a spoon and chop sticks.

The tide was coming in as we were heading back to the boat.
