This is Maddie. She was born with hip displaysia like myself. She just went through another surgery and ended up in a cast similar to what I used to have. She is an amazing girl and has amazing parents! Her dad took her on the carousel in the mall and mom took her to a concert in the park! Nothing can stop this little lady!

we gave her a bead assortment that so reminded me of when I used to be in the hospital. A dear friend gave me beads which I turned into earrings for all my nurses. That same friend happens to be Maddie's Great Aunt! how awesome yet small world-ish is that!

We are so blessed to have run into you in this small small world Rebecca. You're correct, how do you ever express your gratitude for a thing so wonderful?
