snowcano-playdates

In Bethel they are always coming up with ideas to attract tourist. This year was the snowcano. We brought the girls, and me not liking to be late got us there a 1/2 hour early. then we stood around for 1 1/2 hours till it started smoking and finally lit up once we got back in the car. Rich was not impressed with me for getting us there early just to stand around, but my though was, a dried up christmas tree usually (key word) lights fast and burns out faster. So I didnt want to get there too late. Next year, if we go I will gladly show up late =)  

It was pretty neat to see, but like some friends said who saw it last year, it really is just a bon-fire at the top of a hill. Oh well, at least we can say we saw it! 

And I have to say we did all have a lot of fun playing around while we waited!

I also got to go on a girls lunch/movie date!! They are always much needed and hugely appreciated! I do have a great group of girlfriends! Which always confuses our girls as to why I can call them my girlfriends, but Daddy doesnt call his friends "boyfriends" lol, cracks us up! 

And When we got home Jenoup & Kondey were at Nan's waiting for the girls! They are Christina's boys. And our girls always have a blast with them!
