I wouldn't say Happy Halloween, lets just say Halloween

This is what I wore to Knopps today! While massaging my first client I said hey you are now touched by an angel! I cracked up for the rest of the morning!
Then headed to Stella's class for her Halloween Party!

Please know I asked her to wear her black boots but she makes her own decisions ;) she can make anything look adorable!
so excited!!

we didnt make it out again tonight, no not because of chicken pox, but because of my little angel Brenna was being a humungo punk! and being the dang parent that says something and sticks to it even though it sucks! We had to stay home =(
maybe next year I can be a peacock =)

This is Lucas P new tractor.

Our friends own a lot of land and this is a wonderful bog on the top or near top of the mountain.

I would love to spend a few days up here just watching the wildlife come and go.

This is the hickory floor we put in the small bedroom that joins our room.  It is now done so you will see some different pictures in different stages.

The roll top desk had to be moved from space to space as we put the flooring down because it was too hard to get it out of there.  The chop saw was really handy to have in the same room.

Notice the nice new power nailer.  It made the job 1000000000000 times easier.

This past weekend we went to Portland to visit Lavena and Tucker, ride the narrow gauge rail road and go to the Portland Museum for the Winslow Homer art show.

This museum has all the old rail cars that serviced Portland in the 1800s.

It was a nice ride looking out over Casco Bay

The room after the weekend of cleaning and moving things back in.

It is 1000000000000 better than it was.  We are now taking orders for bed and breakfast!

ALL about Brenna!!! and a little Stella ;)

Visitors week at Brenna's dance studio!! She has a fabulous sense of style so I am sure you will have no problem spotting her!!!
this is her third year of dancing, she LOVES it!! It is certainly an aspect of her life that has brought her out of her quiet little shell!! At lease while she is on stage =)
She knows all the positions and french words for the moves. The teach says...and she does it!!!

I am so proud of my little girl! And happy that Granny, Pop, Nan & Stella got to join in supporting Miss Brenna!

And for the last couple minutes Stella got to join in the fun!!
so Friday morning Brenna woke up a little itchy, I pulled up her shirt and sure enough...COVERED in chicken pox. We thought she was getting off easy, nope. But now for sure we are DONE WITH THAT!!!!
My sweet little angel was not having fun here. and sadly has missed out on a lot of Halloween activities =(
Friday afternoon was the Halloween Walk in Norway so I took Stella and Daddy stayed with Bren.

Luckily we called Pop on our way so he waited for us! So fun to see him in a different setting =)
by the way, Stella is a Bat Girl and I am a Mummy!

so as you know Daisy is not well. So we talk often of our next dog. As shocking as this may sound Rich and yes I mean my Harley Davidson riding, tattoo covered bad a$$ husband, wants in the worse way a chihuahua. So we see this little girl and jokingly I asked if her dog was real. turns out it was and it is a chihuahua. So I had to get a picture for him! he came home yesterday all excited there are a lot to choose from on uncle henrys!! we may have a new addition to our family soon????

so my first video and it was from my phone, not a fancy one ;)
so you cant see her face but watch Brenna's moves...she is most impressive!

Here she comes...

Sandy is on her way to Maine. She should be here late tonight or early tomorrow. The winds have been CRAZY all day. Our boat is thrashing around somewhere in this mess, the phone doesn't do it justice.

This is our big 2nd grader!!
Before chicken pox (Thank you Jesus!!)

Jowpan

Stella loves to draw, and lately on napkins, not that we dont have piles of paper everywhere...this was just closest ;)
She drew a picture of Earth for Brenna and labeled the 2 most important places to her!
Jowpan (Japan) and Man (Maine)
and very appropriately placed on either side of the world!!

Much love to you Fraser's in Jowpan!!!!

from Grandparents day, to woman's retreat and pumpkin carving!

Grandparent's & Special Friends Day @ Stella's school!!!
One little girls grandparents couldn't make it so I got to be her special friend! That made both our days =)
Nan came to support Stella! Sadly Granny & Pop had to work =( but they were there in spirit for sure!!!!
This weekend I was blessed with an opportunity to go to a woman's retreat  with our church. This is the view from the Christian Camp we stayed at. It was 2 miles up a mountain ;)
It was a fun experience and we learned all about God's love and how he LOVES ALL of us the same, no matter if we are decent people that do good deeds or people that have fallen into the ways of the world. It made me open my eyes and realize that I do not show God's love to everyone around me. A new personal goal for me!! It has also been a fun topic to share with Rich who has issues with Christians being hypocritical, but we are all human and are not perfect.. But it is striving to think "What Would Jesus Do" and act more like Him! lots to think of and remember ;)
So this is the view I got when I came home! not too shabby and a perfect example of GOD's beauty!!!
so Sunday we went to a Pumpkin Carving Party! and I brought the edible pumpkin patch ;) I was pretty impressed with how it tuned out!!
a couple of the kiddos from Stella's school all showing school spirit!!!
I got dubbed the face painter, when I was done, Stella took over!

eating donuts off the string with no hands!
Brenna in the trampoline
Daddy did a good job carving the pumpkin!!!
