I wanted to share this beautiful picture of my mom.  Joy took it at the nursing home, and she looks so bright and cheery.

Lavena the creative one made an apple swan.  It is a really cool pattern and made with only one apple.  The girls didn't take long to eat it.  

It was really neat!

Mary Lou Who came to visit Greg and his dad.

Nick was kind to drive Artie to Maine to visit Greg, and it gave his Maine cousins a chance to have some fun.  

It was great to have so many here for the weekend.

Notice the girls in the background doing a photo something.  There is a name for getting in people's photos to distract the layout, but I can't remember what it is called.  

It was a rather noisy night with 4 dogs and two wound up girls and lively adults.  At the end of the meal Mary Lou Who told Becca that she would be glad to babysit for the girls.  Becca was amazed that after all the activity and noise she would make that kind of offer.  She left smiling.

So I got in the car to go to work and the woman on the radio said call now to win tickets, so I did and I actually WON!! I never win anything! 

Rich was too tired and had no interest but offered to watch the girls so me & my girls could enjoy a night out!

It was hilarious! I think it was more fun watching my mother squirm thinking it was going to be a raunchy show...We had a blast and while there were some inappropriate jokes (as to be expected) the majority were just plain old funny! 

We had a spontaneous evening of laughter and fun! A mom & her two daughters....I only hope one day to do girls nights out with my girls too!!

The kids all wanted a sauna (mostly Quinn, he talked about it all night!!) so the boys took the kids down!

This is what we woke up to this morning.  It is so fresh and clean.  

Little out of focus, but you get the idea. 

Lavena and I had the opportunity to run in another 5K slog at a small school in Topsham.
The school had a neat elementary school activity of unicycle riding.  They have 40 or 50 unicycle riders from  all grades at the elementary level through junior high.  They have preformed at President Obama's inauguration and other large events.   Three riders did the 5K with us.

Bird Brains =) I finally got to wear my peacock costume! & Rich wore the Rooster costume I made...these were supposed to be last years costumes but our girls got the chicken pox guess we all were following the bird theme lol!
