It's the most WONDERFUL time of the year!

Makeing long last Christmas decorations!!
Nanny was heading out of town for Christmas so we snuck it in early!
We headed over to some good friends house to make gingerbread Santa sleighs!

We had a breakfast get-together with some friends from Mass, they brought their last 2 puppies over, one was supposed to be ours...maybe next time ;)
Next up lunch with Marc & Leslie at Granny & Pops. Marc & Leslie are headed to Florida for a while so we will be missing our 2nd set of grandparents =( They gave the girls the pink hair headbands which were a huge hit!
This is my craft for the season! You take a wine bottle, cut the end off, wrap some wire around a votive holder and viola you have a hanging candle holder! So we have been joking to drink up, it is for the cause!

Group photo, minus Rich, he headed out for a snowshoe!
Right from dinner we went to Bethel to be a part of the Living Nativity!
Our 2 precious little angels!
Granny & Pops neighbors! Bunk got asked to be a wise man and so graciously accepted! I think he is perfect!
This is my friend Lydia, she has all 3 shepards!! Her triplets whom I just adore!
The whole cast!
My 'Best Buddy' since forever! with presents for the girls if they behaved through the show!!
Here are my 2 Angels and please take note of the HOT PINK HAIR!!!
When we got home Joe, Cathy, Maddie & Domenic from RI had arrived to spend the night!
The next morning they headed to the Bethel Inn for a couple days, so we joined them for a swim!

Christmas Eve after swimming we got all decked out and headed to Suds for dinner

Then to church for one of my favorite services of the year. Candle Light Service! Joe & Cathy joined us for this as well!

Home to set out cookies, carrots, oranges & milk for Santa and his crew!
I think I was up till 11:30 finishing up everything, but it was a success!

Stella all peace-ed out!
Daddy's new jacket
And Momma's hot boots!!!!
Christmas afternoon we hit the pool again, headed to Marc & Leslie's for a little get together and then over to mom & pops for our final dinner, with  Joe, Cathy, their kiddos, Lavena & tucker, & the Diaz's! It was awesome. by the end we were exhausted....

You guessed it!!!!!!!!!
My computer has not been allowing me to enter on the blog : (
I deleted a bunch of things and it is working this morning.

The storm started yesterday and is now freezing rain, but beautiful just the same.
We want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.   As we listen to the terrible news from around the world we need to remember that the Good Lord is in control.  Our hearts and prayers do go out to the families of such terrible loss.
We were invited to go to Santa's Village with Becca, Richie, Estella and Brenna.
Brenna drove me around the track.
Jack and Maggie you must try this the next time you come!

Brenna took me on the Farris Wheel

It stead of 3-D  Estella had 9-D

Everyone had to have a ring to be in the Santa club!
I still have some of these in the roll top desk from long ago.

This was such a perfect day it was cold and snowing lightly.  There were enough people so that it was busy, but not crowded.  Lots of kids old and young having fun.

One day when my foot was healing Becca and Brenna came over while Estella was in school.  They entertained me and Becca made a beer bottle glass candle.  It is beautiful, but I can't seem to pull it up right now.

Lavena is finishing another semester of schooling :)
We will see them this weekend.

A couple of weeks ago Becca and Richie went out on the town and Estella and Brenna took care of Granny and Pop.
We had a great time decorating the ginger bread house, although it was tough deciding whether to put the candy on the house or in your mouth.  I am sure glad Becca was not watching!  They did brush their teeth twice after that.

Artie was in Maine for a couple of weeks.  We had Aunt Mary-Lou over for a dinner and we learned lots of things about Artie when he was young.    Like- Mary-lou come stick your finger in the Christmas  light socket!!!!!  Or Mary-Lou you take the news paper to this house  and she was bit in the butt by a dog!!!!!  There were more!!! It was all out of good sibling fun.
When the girls come I usually try to hide a treat and they have to find it.
